2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy covers information collected through:
- The publicly accessible pages of the Site; and
- The interactive “Chat with Mira” feature (the “AI Chat”).
It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from the Site.

We do not:
- create user accounts,
- use cookies or similar tracking technologies for advertising or analytics, or

4. How We Process Your Data
1. AI Chat Flow
- When you send a message, the text is transmitted over HTTPS to our server-less Genkit function hosted on Google Cloud.
- The Genkit flow forwards your message to Google’s Gemini family of AI models to generate Mira Skye’s reply.
- Google acts as our sub-processor and handles your text in accordance with its Google AI Privacy Commitments and applicable terms.
- The generated reply is returned to your browser and displayed. We do not store the conversation after the page is closed or refreshed.
2. Server Logs
Hosting providers (Vercel / Google Cloud / Firebase) automatically record limited log data (e.g., IP address) for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize personal data.
6. Cookies & Tracking
The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies set by Vercel to maintain basic load-balancing functionality ("__Secure-Vercel"), which expire after your session ends. No analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies are set.
7. Data Retention
- AI Chat Content: Not stored. Deleted from temporary memory immediately after a response is delivered.
- Server Logs: Automatically purged within 30 days unless required for security-incident investigation.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit;
- Principle of least privilege in cloud IAM roles;
- Automated security patches on hosting infrastructure;
- Regular vulnerability scans of application dependencies.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
9. International Transfers
Because we use Google Cloud, your chat text may be processed in data centers located outside your country of residence. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful mechanisms for such transfers.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already performed);
- Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received such information, we will delete it.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., social-media profiles). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
13. Changes to This Policy
